I have never had a duvet, so maybe I am missing something important? Am I supposed to cheat and fill the duvet cover with ordinary blankets or comforters?
I am an Airbnb host, so I do have to wash the linen for my guests, and I did read some posts about duvet covers being a better option for both of us. Anyone want to add your opinions? Thanks!

typically duvets are used with down comforters. i wouldn't use down with your airbnb though, much cheaper down alternative options with less maintenance.
anyways you stuff the down comforter into the duvet and there's straps on the comforter that the duvet links through
