I am a certified (by my wife) cheapskate! Even I don't believe/hope that these can be bought in a warehouse deal. Heck, I had to wait almost a month to get my hands on these. And my wife's one never actually arrived and had to cancel and order from somewhere else. Supply chain + Apple product demand, I doubt we will see these going down too much anytime soon (may be in 2 years)

I was able to find and ordered a 3rd gen 1TB 12.9 iPad Pro Wifi + Cellular on Amazon a few days earlier that was renewed and guaranteed to look new for $767. Does anyone think it's worth it to pay the additional $230 to upgrade to the 5th gen 256GB?
