I'm done with Sur La Table. I ordered the Jura Ena 4 around 1pm on Saturday. I received the ready for in-store pickup email around 10pm on Saturday. I went to the store this evening (Monday) to pick it up and was told that my order was canceled. I asked why I wasn't contacted and just received apologies and no resolution or attempt to make things right. I understand (but don't excuse) online system programming errors, but there is no excuse for poor customer service. I wasted an hour of my time and gas.

Got a shipping notification yesterday evening for a 3200 lattego. Ordered Saturday at 10:24 am. UPS says label created. I hope it does ship. I'm thinking the discount code was never supposed to go public with a name like TEST20. Kudos to Sur la Table if they honor it.

Agree.. No point in getting angry and having panic attack for cancelled orders...

This code was 100% an error, its even crazier that it went to a 45% discount for in store pickup on the Jura or Gaggia machines.
Let us know what your taste test reveals, trying to decide to keep ena4 or return it and wait for a machine with milk.

Please give us an update soon! Very interested to hear about Jura
Sadly the 3200 doesn't arrive until next week but I did pickup a 2 pound container of the Lavazza Super Crema beans which I'll put into both for comparisons.
Right now I'm using Stumptown beans in the Jura and its interesting how different I can get the espresso to taste just by changing the grind setting on the machine. A "coffee enthusiast" friend came over and thinks the Jura produces a espresso shot that's 90% of a coffee shop Barista.
I received 3200 today morning. They canceled my Jura ENA4 but at least I got 3200. But wish I got Jura though
LOL. I'm refused my 3200 delivery today because I got 4300 on amazon... I figured I'm spending a lot of $$ anyway and I will get what I like. Not something because its a deal..
Oh well, So much confusion

Oh well, so much for my excitement... Sending back my 4300 even though I got for 30% off.. I really only drink cafe au lait and wanted something super automatic... reasons for returning..
1- Not hot enough. Both coffee and milk
2- Coffee isn't as good as filter/drip coffee that we normally like to drink
Maybe, I should have done my research better OR had some more patience to see if anything changes... But ultimately the temperature ( lack of) is what killed it... I really drink super hot..
So, my super-automatic search ends here.. So anybody got ideas for filter/drip coffee where it grinds auto with big enough water tank ??
