Ordered a couple of these for gifts. Had planned on going with 2 of the Mini SEs for $299 each, but this was too good to pass up. From what I've read, I don't think there's $120 difference between the Mini 1 and SE, and the general consensus seems to be that DJI factory refurbished is very good.

Saved me quite a bit. Thank you! :-)

Try the app Aloft, B4UFLY, and the DJI website. You should be able to find somewhere to fly. Worst case you may have a 50 or 100 foot ceiling.

Yeah that is actually annoying. But when I owned a drone, I only used it when traveling. I took it out to my local park a few times, but it gets old after a while.

Just bought a Mini SE for my son last night for Christmas. He's 9. I have a Mini 2 and love it. Wondering if I should cancel that and buy this. The only thing preventing me is I don't think the batteries can swap between Mini and Mini 2. I'm sure I'll end up having to buy him extra batteries when he could have otherwise used mine.

You can use Mini 1 batteries in the 2 but not the other way around. But be cautious. Using Mini 1 batteries in a 2 cause it to go over the 250g limit

I have a phantom DJI refurb I'm very disappointed with. Since owning it every once in a while the gimbal would just stop working. Would go through all sorts of resets and everything with DJI support and sometimes it would work sometimes it would not. Regardless though since it started happening after the initial return period (which I didn't use it much during) they refused to return or repair it, my only option was to go to a third-party repair shop which wasn't worthwhile given the price.

I thought it was interesting they include an Allstate 2 year warranty through ebay's recertified program. Not sure what it would cover beyond DJI's warranty but that's pretty cool

I'm curious if anyone knows how the warranty works on these. Purchased as gifts, but they're being shipped directly to the people I purchased for. Wondering if the warranty would need to go through me. Hopefully not.
