Just FYI, from what i've seen, you can only fit a 2242 m.2 drive in here if you are thinking of upgrading. 2280 won't fit.

With Perks At Work, the MERRYSAVING coupon doesn't work and neither does adding the extra $6+ item...but the price is $710.72 before tax. Add 6% rebates and this is getting to be a very slick deal. People are always griping about decent laptops with the 16:9 aspect ratio to their screen, and/or low nits, and/or the Zen 2 Ryzen chips...this is 16:10, 300 nits, and Zen 3. Hard to beat that for ~$700, although it's a smaller screen than many are looking for.

Any CB doesn't work with Perks.

You would have been better off buying from the regular site. I paid $712 before tax with a mouse pad included. And you can use r a q10 for 8% back.

Can't say for sure but hopefully it's like the G2 which comes with a 2242 drive with a spacer attached making it 2280, thus allowing either size.

Otherwise one can hope the premium on 2242 drives (currently almost double the price) comes down.

Yes, you're correct, this does have support for only 2242 size M2 SSD. Looks like I got it confused with 14p model. Checked the platform spec again and found that again.

Unfortunately I bought this model and on the second use did not power up. Apparently Lenovo have this issue and I ended up in returning this product. Therefore I do not recommend buying and I am losing my faith in Lenovo's product quality

I bought an IdeaPad many years ago. It was full of problems. Got it replaced after some hassle, it's survived since.
