Doesn't every State pay for the same number of Senate seats, and the same number of Governors not to mention the number of Presidents?

If it's any consolation, CA now has fewer House members due to the exodus of wealthy and smart people like Mr Elon Musk. Those members have gone to places like FL and TX, along with some businesses (eg Tesla HQ) as well.
