You get less than half the cooking space on the GMG at this price point. Something like 1,000 vs 450

The top grate isn't really that useful for most tasks. It's not counted in most grills.

If you need a pellet grill I'd jump on this. The question is, is it 3x better than the $150 pitt boss.

I just picked one up for $599. It is a great price.To be clear, these are Gen 2. If you read a review, make sure it is not for a Gen 1 Smokefire. The covers are also $19 marked down from $60.
