Edit - it sounds like the free base game offer may have just been in the past. At least I was able to gift myself this, so if the base game comes around again I guess that the base game plus this would equal the goty version?

Maybe my memory is off, but the only things that might not have been available on GoG back in 2015 are the New Game + mode and the finisher animations. I could be wrong and some of this stuff didn't release till 2016, but all of it was always free for people who bought the game via GoG. I think it was all included with my PlayStation 4 GotY copy as well, but less sure if that is accurate.

I was simply posting to let those who might have claimed it know. Sometimes free editions don't always stack with dlc, so I was just clarifying.
