These were approved for EUA last year.
The headband masks fit more tightly on the face, are better at preventing leakage, and are more comfortable for long term use IMO.
KN95 or N95 will protect significantly better than other masks like surgical masks, and a lot better than cloth.

I'm a doctor, and wear the head loop masks all day; they fit me way better than the N95s I've tried, which tend to make the bridge of my nose sore in an hour or two, and these fit flat against my face for a pretty good seal where the N95s are harder to get a tight fit. Headloops rather than earloops prevent my ears from getting sore. Comfort is key so you'll actually wear them.

Pro tip on these if you find the earloops are to tight hold the mask in one hand and pull on the elastic to prestretch them. They will still hold fine but without the irritation of being to tight.

The Powecom KN95, made to the new standard, will be the same size, shape and use the same production process. The improvement will be from the new melt blown polypropylene cotton filter layer, which will upgrade the breathability factor (respiratory resistance) of the mask. This new enhancement will help make it easier to breathe for the user while still offering filter efficiency greater than 95%.
