Don't do it. Every single thread with Eneba has a handful of customers experiencing a "code already redeemed" issue. Very painful to get refund.

Very, very few people have had an issue. I have bought so many things from Eneba over the last couple years, including PS+. Never had a single issue. Tons of other people will say the same. Of course there should never be a single instance of a code being already used, but most people don't have that happen.

Always redeem it right away to avoid complications, my friend had some issues when he tried to redeem after few weeks.
