A quick google search will point you to know that Tmobile has to unlock your phone and not OnePlus. In this case, you were let down by Tmobile who say that the phone is not "in their system". Which I think means that it first needs to be activated on their network, and only then once the IMEI has been registered they can unlock it.
EDIT: Has anyone tried to contact Tforce on Twitter or FB to get the phone unlocked? They are usually more knowledgeable than your phone-based CS.

It is a premium mid-ranger at a great price that offers a superb pick of flagship features: AMOLED screen w/120Hz, the SoC, 65W Warp charging, but no wireless charging(!), Oxygen 11 runs smooth and fluid. The camera may not seem like a winner - it is not disappointing, but it's not ideal either.
The only real issue is that OnePlus is forcing a 60fps cap on most of the games, video players and other services, maybe for performance or heat protection, or battery saving, and the user has no saying in this...

It is if you install the international firmware on it. The hardware is capable (except they ship a single sim tray). [Assuming it's like other oneplus models like the op 7 pro and several others)
