If you do this you are side loading an application and do not have any of the protections of the Google Play Store. I got the mini 2 fly more combo in last sale for 385$ which is much better deals compared to this one. Mini 1 combo use to go on sale for 220 or 230$. It is not the best deal for Mini 1 fly more combo. If it is not urgent, you can wait for a better deal.. Hope it helps...

This is the original Mini 1, still a good price brand new, which I own. If this was for the Mini 2, I would buy for this price and sell my Mini 1 Fly More combo.

Depends on your needs. The big benefits of the Mini 2 are a better connection type (giving you more range and a more reliable connection) and the ability to shoot in RAW for photos.
If you're only thinking of tooling around flying and shooting some video, than the Mini 1 makes the most sense. If you're photo focused, then the Mini2 might be worth it if you can get a deal that gets it to like $400. Its certainly not worth double the price.
