The most significant distinction is that this psu is smaller, sfx form factor. It's also a very high quality one. I wouldn't put too much weight on efficiency rating or branding like EVGA. It's all about who manufactures the given unit and to what degree of quality.

These have been sold out for so long. If graphics cards wouldn't be so scarce, I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

Nice to see PSUs starting to come down in price. SF750 is a fantastic PSU and this has been the lowest price in a while.

Wow, been wanting this psu for a long time. Its been $185 at microcenter. Given this sale price point, which to get $150 NZXT H1 currently on sale or this psu?

I remember a time this was around $200-300 on resellers and I seriously thought this will never come back in stock. Maybe there is hope for GPUs after all…

What makes this so special comparative to the abundance of Fully modular gold rated EVGA 850 watt PSU's from all the GPU bundles out there cheap etc? Genuinely curious. Is platinum rating that important?

Ah I didn't realize it was a different form factor. That makes sense. Thanks
