A bit too late to get a laser engraver to create Christmas ornaments and individualized gifts, but if you want to do things like that in the future there's a sale going on at Ortur.com, but only for one hour per day starting at 1 pm EST or 10 am PST (which is now when I post this). In addition to the sale price you have to redeem the code
ORTUR10 at checkout.
This way the price for the Laser Master 2 Pro should be $399.99 and for the Laser 1 it should be $199.99 according to the banner, however after applying the code it showed $200.88 for me.
The Laser Master 2 Pro is probably one of the most popular laser engravers on the market, there are tons of video reviews and a huge community around it where you can get help, for example on Facebook.

The Laser1 LU2-2 is a smaller and cheaper laser engraver which is able to engrave wood, paperboard, black acrylic, leather, food and some metals if their heat dissipation isn't too high and the surface isn't reflective.
It's also sufficient for some cutting, however if you primarily want to cut wood it would be better to get the higher powered version.
