Its stretched but they don't have frames. Canvas frames without glass. Frames are not required for canvas. I have not printed canvas from them but If they have gallery wrap option you might want to choose that, it comes with printed sides.

I've been getting these walgreen canvas as a payback for all their free biweekly 8x10 Smilie
Quality is ok - pictures come out darker than what you normally see on your PC or phone screens.
I had to brighten my pictures up a notch so they came out normal on the last few orders.
For $12 to support the local store - I think it is definitely worthy.
