I just signed up on the website and used a Privacy card just in case. Honestly, I'm not sure if you even need to sign up... but maybe that's why the guy above got the error that he did.
Note that you will be unable to remove your payment method if it's the only payment method, even after cancelling your membership. I'm not saying that you'll be charged after the fact, but it's annoying that you can't tie up this loose end.

Same thing for me, except mine moved to about 20 miles away from Denver. I called FedEx and they said they lost it. ugh. supernatural is replacing the order though.
I ordered 2 free and they have been shipped currently in LENEXA, KS. If you order now (1 only) they tell you theres big production delays.
