I just signed up on the website and used a Privacy card just in case. Honestly, I'm not sure if you even need to sign up... but maybe that's why the guy above got the error that he did.
Note that you will be unable to remove your payment method if it's the only payment method, even after cancelling your membership. I'm not saying that you'll be charged after the fact, but it's annoying that you can't tie up this loose end.

I e-mailed them asking for an update and they got back to me telling me the original must've gotten lost.
They asked me for my mailing address and told me they'd send me a replacement right away, and about a week later I got it in the mail!
