Not showing that $199 price for me on Amazon.
Does show $199 on Anova's website though. I'd rather buy directly from Anova anyway.

I love my sous vide, but this seems way overpriced. Plenty of other options in the 80-100 range. I can't see phone connectivity being worth double the cost.

I have the this pro model and the Joule. This ONLY come out when I need a second sous vide setup. It's just ginormous compared to the joule which easily fits into a kitchen cabinet.

I love my ANOVA Sous Vide that I got a few years ago at $99 after 50% off. It has 800w power and Bluetooth connection for app control. I really don't see the need for additional function at a higher cost.
