For what it's worth, mg oxide has a super low absorption rate. For the most part, you are paying for mg that just passes thru your body. There are some other forms that your body can absorb much better, such as mg chloride, mg glycinate, mg citrate

These are definitely tasty, but I didn't notice any effect from them. Magnesium was supposed to be a miracle cure for my migraines and GAD. The only magnesium that does anything for me is chelated magnesium. It allows me to sleep through the night instead of waking up constantly since the GAD.

I take one per day. 4 is recommended, which is 100% daily value. I'm not living in a magnesium-free bubble, I just need a supplement to my dietary magnesium. Take with food, and do not chew these horse pills, or you will get IBS.

The reviews say they taste great. I got them on the last deal and don't like the taste at all. Made me wonder if the reviews are fake.

As someone with a huge sweet tooth, they taste great to me. I can see how they'd be too sweet for some, but personally it's just like eating a soft gummy bear. And, placebo or not, my dreams have definitely become more vivid.

They are definitely fake and/or paid. There's a reason all the top reviews are within a couple months time period.

Plus this is some unknown random brand. Buyer beware.

You get as much mg or more in a multivite, without the sugar, don't see the point.

Same here I like them as well. Moderately sweet as they should be. I also like that chapter ones are made of pectin not gelatin
