The stools generally go for $80 everywhere and can drop down to 40 or 50 during sales.
So it is not a run out and buy them now price, but if you were planning on buying one now anyway it's a decent deal.

I need to find some type of high, adjustable, swivel, barstool with a back. I think that would be better than these.

I've got a Craftsman stool that I use right now for all my Arcade1up's. It has a seatback on it and I'll use that if I'm in for a longer game session. These stools I listed are primarily for decorative purposes, but also function well enough for short stretches.

They are just overpriced cheap stools, so I don't know what you expected? A1up used to price their products better but now it's all just a joke. The Walmart deal a while back where the stools were 15-20 bux was a slick deal.

When did you see the stools at $15-20? I've been waiting for a deal on these and so far this is the best I've seen unfortunately.

This is what I use for longer game sessions and comfort. I think I scored it for $40-50 a few years back on SD. I'm sure there's a coupon floating around with Sears that can make this deal semi-slick if you buy several of these. It's a solid chair. Still going strong after several years.
