$1,299 at Best Buy. This was $1,399 yesterday and they dropped the price another $100. Seems like a reasonably good deal because of the 3070 and the 1tb SSD. Couldn't find another 3070 laptop for a lower price anywhere. Also, looks like this should ship in the next few days instead of some other laptops at HP, Lenovo, or Dell with shipping estimates in the weeks or months.

EDIT: It's been pointed out in the comments that this one has the lower power version of the RTX 3070 Mobile with only 85W versus the usual 130W, so expect performance closer to a 3060 or 3060 ti. Therefore, although this has a price several hundreds less than other 3070 laptops, it's not quite as good a deal as it seems if you want your 3070 to perform more like a proper 3070.

It's worse then most 3060's, and due to no mux as well this is one of the worst reviewed gaming laptops of 2021.
There are multiple scenarios where this performs worse then the legion 5 2060.. hardware Canucks(YouTube) had this tuf dash running slower then the infamously garbage Asus TUF A15 2060 4800H laptop in some games
Generally avoid.
And while the 3070 is low power, it does do decent when gaming. I traveled with it to Europe recently and it served me well. I appreciated its reserved looks.
Finally I will note, I will probably replace this with the Omen 16.1" at best buy if I see a good open box deal in my area.
So yeah, if you came here looking for a high performing 3070 gaming laptop, look elsewhere, if you need great battery life and decent gaming performance, don't dismiss this outright.
