I have two of these - one of this (black version) and one USB version. If you can afford an audio interface the xlr version will theoretically be higher quality. The USB sure is awesome for portability and both sound great.
Yes, but Play music through your speakers, and buy a PA speaker so that your speakers don't blow out
Better off with a handheld mic. Either wired or wireless. Definitely don't sing through your home theater. Receiver wouldn't have the right inputs anyway. Get a PA with XLR inputs or a small mixer. I put together a small system for my wife for Christmas and it works great. Can play the music via the mixer or via home theater and vocals through mixer and into PA. Bought the Behringer 1002FX and Rockville 8" PA with Tonor wireless mics
Can i use this to setup a karaoke on my denon reciever home theatre setup.
You can, but you shouldn't. Dynamic microphones are what you should use for karaoke, not condenser microphones. Condenser microphones are too sensitive and will likely result in a feedback loop.
