This is one of my most played Steam games. My favorite move by the developers has been the most controversial part - the DLC keeps more or less the same formula as the base game. If you love what the base game is, DLC is amazing. If you were hoping for something totally different, DLC won't be for you. I am not counting the item packs as DLC since you don't NEED any of them to 3* all Hospitals.

Still, it's probably a great game. Being old doesn't mean it's bad, heck, I love PS2 games so.. yeah.

2. 99% of all free Amazon Prime games have used the Amazon launcher but in the past 2 (maybe 3) months they started giving out actual keys to SOME of the games. For the more popular 3 games they have been giving away keys that are spread amongst different platforms. Like they will give you an Origin key for one game, a Steam key for another, and an Epic key for the third game.
