In addition to what others have said... the dual handles allow this to be gripped more easily with two hands, making it less strenuous to maneuver for someone who is elderly or has wrist problems.

This style can fit into a smaller oven because it doesn't have a handle. It is easier to center in a oven.

Searing meats, and lasts a lifetime, but requires a little more care than a normal pan. No coating to wear off. Non-stick coating is basically just oil thats cooked into the pan.

Fits in countertop convection oven 😅
Also takes up less handle space on a grill if you need a flat surface and so you can close the lid. Something similar can be said if you have a small range top.

This looks like a really good pan for what it is, but it is small. Think something like a single grilled cheese sandwich, a single normal sized burger, a pack of sausages, a side of some sort. You won't be cooking large portions in this.
