I'm in Illinois and have been waiting on an 8x10 photo for two weeks now, apparently there is a paper shortage of that size? I ordered for 1 hour pickup…

I wish I paid better attention and adjusted the upload settings to full resolution. I will see if the default settings turn out a good 8 x 10.

If the store isn't too far out of the way, you might want to go there and ask. The most common problem is with the photo printer, and they may have trouble getting it fixed around now. Sometimes, they have trouble finding a photo that was supposed to be ready to pick up (according to the email notification and walgreens.com.) Once, the photo was ready to pick up, even though I hadn't received an email notification, and walgreens.com said the order was still "in progress."

Just recently, I had a photo order cancelled after they couldn't print it because the printer was down too long. I called the number in the notification email and they sent it to a different store, and a few hours later, I received email saying it was ready. This isn't the first time, either.

I have been getting these so frequently that the last time the lady at the photo desk asked me how I get these for free. I was so tempted to just cryptically say "daisybeetle".

Instead I just said I get them on my email!

Also, thanks daisybeetle. No idea how you get these codes. But, keep them coming!

Walgreens photos are awesome. I also make scenic prints for around the house and my office. They always look good as long as you start with a good picture. Thank you!

Anyone know the best way to take a picture of an actual picture? Have some printouts from years ago but it's tough to get a good quality pic

Scanning the pictures doesn't come out good
