Based on the website, each store near me appears to have 0 to 2 units in stock. The real deal was when it was briefly $1700 with $500 gift card for about 8 hours in early December. With the supply chain issues, I wonder if Best Buy still has more of this specific model in the pipeline.

I searched a couple of stores thinking this still might be good for my mom. Best buy is not offering delivery, at least for the handful of Best buys I checked near me. And my mom's house.

Pick up only. Same elsewhere?

In case it helps people on the fence: I purchased this TV when it was on this deal a few weeks ago, and then managed to price match down to the $1700 + 500 gift card during the morning flash sale, - that was definitely YMMV and took a lot of effort escalating at BB since apparently gift card deals are not eligible for PM.

Have it in a bright room and have no issues with the brightness and picture quality. It's visibly a step down from my 65 Oled but for the price, it's a premium TV and a great buy. Also, unboxing and assembly was MUCH EASIER than the Oled as one person can do it with their innovative design that lets you attach the stand while the TV is still upright on the styrofoam.

Which model OLED? I'm moving from OLED for the price. Are you happy so far?

OLED model doesnt really matter unless you want differences related to gaming. Most models are very very similar even among different companies since they are all made by LG displays.

Get an LG C1 for a little more… worth the money if you're in the market to spend this much in a television

It is significantly more almost 1k more so at this price difference that's kind of a hard sell.

Ok but this is $1500 after gift card; would probably have to pay 50% more for the LG OLED?

It also lacks the upfiring speakers of the QN85A. Easily overcome with a soundbar.
