Cricket/AT&T networks are turning off 3G service in February 2022, making many phones incompatible. If you are receiving texts from Cricket saying your phone is incompatible, you are eligible for a free iPhone SE (or Moto G Stylus 5G) upgrade. This deal will work for all lines on your account that are receiving the Cricket message about incompatible phones.

I called my local store just now and they told me whatever info I pull up on the site is what They will see too. so really no since in dealing with it since it only let me upgrade 1.
Granny wants a flip instead of my iphone SE , so will just fork out the $30 at target and swap out the sim. at least I got a NEW SE for the 5th line and in 6 months will unlock it, even though I dont see us leaving cricket. That 5 lines for $100 is the best deal going. And I havent paid for service in 3 months since I have been doing the Add It Up cricket app so its all good.
Did anyone else get a $10 Credit on there account after upgrading 1 line to the IPhone SE?
I did everything online including activation, nothing in store or calling and no customer support.
It really sucks I have to upgrade a great international device, but their grand father 5 lines, 10GB each for $100 is too good.

1. I called nearest Cricket store, they acknowledged those phones are free but I would need to pay $20 worth of taxes for the phone upgrade.
2. I went to order online, selected Moto G Stylus 5G, during checkout it showed $109, then after 10 seconds or so, the discount appeared, and the total was zero.
Bottom line: order online to avoid any taxes.

My phone for sure is not HD Voice-capable. Why am I charged the $25 upgrade fee? Moto 5G Stylus $109.99 + $25 + Tax $144 or so. Chat even said they would not wave the $25 fee.

Is there any reason I can't transfer my SIM into the new iPhone and activate the new SIM Cricket sent with the iPhone in the Moto G Play instead? I'm assuming its not tied to the IMEI but not certain.
