I know Instant Pot is the "gold standard" of electric pressure cookers.
I bought the Insignia 6 qt from Best Buy for $20 a few years ago around this time on a deal.

You can buy 2 at BB for one of the these TODAY.
Mine doesn't have an oatmeal and yogurt function, but a few YT videos and I figured out how in my $20 beast.
We're here to be Slick and get stuff on the cheaps.
