I set my dumbells on the floor for free, get a good lower back workout every time i pick them up.
One small mistake if not careful when picking them up and you will have a bad injury. I bought one and will then be able to pick up much heavier weights with them at reach while standing.

Actually, it took billions of years, if not the whole history of the universe to get that floor to where it was. So when you consider it like that, getting to rest your dumbells on it for free is one h*ll of a slickdeal.
FYI works for the Bowflex 552, 560, and 1090 systems.
I already have a wall mounted TV above the weights. Can the media stand can be removed so I can place this flush against the wall? Looks like it might be needed to give it upper lateral support.
They were reported as "This item is refurbished, used, does not function properly, and should be used for parts only. There may also be slight damage to the item and there is no guarantee of usability. Item is sold as-is with NO warranty." 1x came in perfect brand new, other the base is slightly damaged but manageable. Well worth the risk.

The bolt that come are the correct bolts but they are locking bolts. The trick is you hold the nut with the adjustable wrench and use the Allen wrench it comes with to turn the bolt.

Reviews say it isn't compatible with the 552's unless you trust a strap to hold the weights in place.
