Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

It has been very rare where I don't have to unlink. Almost always have to unlink and limited to one unlink a day.

Thanks for the response. I guess I have been very fortunate then to have been spared that rigamarole for so long. It really puts a damper on participating in games and sweeps.

I think they have periodically do some type of bot check. My friend works at IT for coke and was telling me they run sweeps on the accounts.

My family, including next door 6 all together has not been having to do the sign in phone verify up until about the last two days(using Samsung tablet / iPad / two Windows PCs on Chrome but if someone used FF the last 3 weeks it kicked in the verify.

We always turn off "Stay Signed in" as we share devices. But now no matter what device/browser we are doing sign ins the verify pops up, no big hassle for us, we have cell phones and a couple of G00GLE Voice numbers.

Interesting. I'm not real techy, usually have to look stuff up to figure it out, but wonder how that stuff works. I figured without the verify on Chrome lately as I stated recently the bots might be running in the Studio promo atm.
Maybe a new Happy Hour Promo is coming that they activated the phone thing again but we can dream can't we nod Weird we have not seen any Happy Hours, thought they would do them at least every few months going forward after Christmas everything just stopped.

But as much as we hate the phone thing, at least we were all able to win the the last few promos with the Happy Hour easily. Remember the first one where nobody could win. Those sneaker people probably stole 1000's worth of tickets, gift cards and ruined it for all of us which is now why coke is not giving out noting at all now and implemented this in the first place.

Maybe your IT can give us a hint if any good promo is coming out soon Wink

I think you are right the sneaker guys ruined it. They have 1000s of bots as they try to win the shoe drops to resale. They used those bots on the happy hour game and blew it up.

I know they got rid of most of them but there are still tons they haven't found.

I know he said they they can identify people with multiple accounts but I don't think they are worried if you have less than 10 from one IP. They are looking for people with 30+ ones.

I am surprised no AMC with summer movies like INDY which AMC promoted on Twitter with a couple promos or Mission Impossible a big series showing atm. I have been lucky lately(nothing for my family on Studio at all though lol) but I like the quick instant wins for E-cards and tickets with easy day one or two wins!

Jimmy's delayed cap inquiry reply post on July 7th mentioned the plus one section which is where the Happy Hour QR is shown via PC and accessed via C0KE account mobile log in/entry. It noted possibly that section being used in the future. If you log in on PC you see it as a QR site but on mobile as I just checked it lists the Sprite Drop and shows Happy Hour(expired atm) but it is still there like it is still in the programming.

If I won a Studio tier 3 gift card I would take the $30 Playstation gc if available, I can sell those easily for probably $25 on FB or Craigslist. So far nothing on Studio, my play times are mid morning and late afternoon, no pre 6am edt plays due to my sleep schedule. I have a $15 Fandango gc that expires soon going to buy my Dad a ticket to see Mission Impossible locally, I can not sale it for some reason, no interest atm but game gift card seems to be more popular.

Yes I got a bucket hat last year with a Coke Store code, no shipping charge. That was then but this is now - the Studio iwg. Choice of item makes no difference. Whatever you order still carries a 7.95 shipping fee that cannot be covered by the code. When you get your codes and place an order, please advise If you find some items that can be shipped free. Thanks.

you are right!!
it used to be shipping free with codes, then at least they deducted the shipping fee from the gift card codes, now the shipping fee isn't covered at all even the item is less than $30!!!
that really sucks!!
