There is no specific end date for the program.

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)
- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:
Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

- drink soda

- ask friends/family/neighbors/co-workers to save
- dumpster diving
- jumping out of cars upon seeing flaps on the side of the road
- referring a friend on the site
- ask Maids to save for those who travel
- ask recycling centers to save
- purchase on eBay
- sporting events, zoos, parks, etc
- make trades
- become buddies with vending machine stockers

Also, didn't we get a +ONE promo near the time an email like that went out?
Maybe. Probably just coincidence.
Example: 2 of us using my iPhone 12 were on lower Fizz level's %s compared to 4 others(6 accounts total between next door family households) on Fizz too but higher %s using a six year old iPad and 3 year old Samsung tablet.
Everyone is signing in the same amount, clicking everything, opening up to the browser links and etc.
It has been like that from the start on iPhone 12, and the other 2 devices, stuck at Fizz.
We all finally hit Bubble though recently but the 2 of us using the iPhone 12 had to wait until Week 2 of entering the last two promos to level to Bubble, the other 4 got it entering week 1.
Leveling on the iPhone did not make a difference using phone data or the same home Wi-Fi they use. 3 of 4 that received Bubble a week earlier are using GV numbers so that did not factor into it seems either.
I'd try another device if possible to see if that helps. Or what helped some family members level up a small % after seeming to cap out on Fizz Visit % was uninstalling the App making it read things like accounts/devices were new to the App. Uninstalling each time a person signed in to enter.
"Visits" was the category holding us back the whole time until C0KE updated the App before and added those 2 previous promos.
I think we are all at 14% on Bubble's Visits.

Our two family accounts never got a "renew email update" and since Friday have not been able to play the Marvel instant win on the computer. We cannot even log in (only get spinning dial) and have tried many different browsers all with the same result. No big deal since I figure we have about 50 digital posters already.
I prefer the web based promos. Still not many wins, if any, but it's easier.
I know people that could not get into their account for months straight in 2023 except via the C0KE App last year at the same time in September. They were using PC too.
They called C0KE, all accounts were in good standing. It was sent up to the IT group, one got fixed within 2 weeks, the other two calls and emails went back and forth until December 2023. C0KE finally said "It is not on our end" and their suggestion was to request account deletion and make a new one.
They did not delete their account as suggested, played the Holiday Happy Hour and had a couple of wins.
January they were able to log into the site and clicking accept on the new yearly terms in the App then they could log in no problem.
It was a headache! C0KE was not helpful at all for those other two.
Account issues similar to both your info and for them has been reported here and on SD posted C0KE promos.
IMHO just like starting up the +One App, the Marvel promo is all geared for mobile us with the scanning entries. I think between mobile and PC somehow C0KE promo programmers have somehow at times for some accounts taken themselves out of the loop without trying to do so at least they put the issue back on the users/account holders' end.
