- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

Yes family member, same household since Saturday, tried multiple devices, PC, ipad, android tablet, two phones different carriers/internet. Will not log into Coke/Sprite/Fanta and etc.

I did not want mention it unless it went wide spread he ask me not too. He has been on the phone with two different Coke reps, first tried to send an email reset email, did not arrive. same with the second, he was told to try recycling internet(1gb fiber optic), "already thought of that duh", still did not help. Supervisor and etc checked the account he is in good standing, active account, no red flag.

Everyone in the household but he can sign in, no problem atm and hopefully no further accounts are affected. I just signed in on the same device and entered all the current promos, have been able to since he had trouble along with 2 other family members.

Only thing he is otherwise participating in up until then is the MLS sweeps(5 months straight and daily entering with saved points), I am not not entering that nor anyone else. This happened after he thanked DJA Friday for a reply about the $150 Studio Coke Store(was down today for maintenance) and got an auto-response for that email but not thinking it was the cause. He won Venmo day one August 14th but did not need to email to receive it.

He has been able to sign in to the mobile app, no problem. Just reset his password, via that App, did not help either nor did his email(YAH00) get you have changed your password email notification.

I think they are having server problems imho. They are sending it on up to IT to look at 5-7 days.

If you call take a couple headache pills first, regular cs is in the dark but I do suggest calling when you can. EEK! <--not to be funny more of Christmas Vacation, "where's is the Tylenol moment emoji"

I think they go out in an under hour maybe 6pm est(?):

update 9/12/23

Tried some troubleshooting using the Coke App(iPad):

Reset password. Still not signed in on the site when clicking to redirect that opens the browser taking it to the site's Coke Store via Chrome on iPad.

Reset email. Got the email and verify code to reset it. Reset worked. Still does not help to log in to the site.

At this point I am confident it is on Coke's server end. Peace

I think were they have this all bannered as Fall Sports with maybe very similar sites same server it is a big program problem. Suggestion if you have won the football just play the hockey that is my 1 cent, lol.

Your welcome, I am glad they are coming in! The original auto-response from when email requests started said 3-5 days.

You open the link(I usually sign into Venmo in another tab), enter the phone number linked to the Venmo account, takes a few minute "REWARDS DIGITAL has sent you"

I have not put my family's in Amazon yet but once you link Venmo to your Amazon you will need at least to add a debit to your Amazon, maybe Venmo, been a while I forget how it works exactly, just make sure it takes/says at checkout the balance reload is taken from "Venmo Balance". Smilie

I have not contacted anyone over missed winning notifications to my email, especially for the venmo $3, but Tuesday morning I won a $250 giftcard on the regional football contest and as of yet have not received a notification. Has anyone else played that and won a prize? And not been notified? IC Fall Football Sweepstakes

It should be in their win history and Coke's. Shoot them an email asap! Or you can call Coke and they will contact the group, I suggest both with that large of a win.

I received my Sprite Drops - Sprite Merch clothing items today I won mid-promotion. Nice items all size XL. Hat, Polo Shirt(do not remember it being pictured, light green and white with a large logo), Sprite T-shirt(Black with small white logo) and thick all green hoody. Smilie

Just received the hockey venmo winning redeem email. Sent request on 9/13, followed up on 9/15 all without response but they just replied today with hockey win and including football winning link as well
