Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

- participate/lurk on this board
- ask friends/family/neighbors/co-workers to save
- dumpster diving
- jumping out of cars upon seeing flaps on the side of the road
- referring a friend on the site
- ask Maids to save for those who travel
- ask recycling centers to save
- purchase on eBay
- sporting events, zoos, parks, etc
- make trades
- become buddies with vending machine stockers
- become the vending machine stocker

On another note: Today I went incognito and every account I was asked to verify with a telephone number. I left the game and came back later and those same accounts worked without being verified. Weird.

i won one as well and tried to use it for the coke byte cans where it would not work, i reached out to coke support and it was explained to me the digital gift card i won is used as a one time promotional credit and not valid on limited edition items

It's not a gift card. Ordinarily, I prefer a gift card, but in this case, the promotional gift code is even better in that it negates the tax on the item and saves you about $7 in shipping. I'll take that kind of promo any day over gift card. Your spend-ability with the promo code goes up by about $7 plus local sales tax on up to $25 or $30 (depending on which of the promo gift codes you won) versus having a gift card.

Has anyone else had trouble accessing their $30 Spotify GC? I won one and received an email with a link, but I get directed to an error page after clicking. I tried contacting Coke CS with no response.

For those who have Coke gift cards/promo codes to spend, check your emails. I got an email for a sale on certain t-shirts 2/$30 (ladies and unisex). HTH!!

While on the subject, can 2 codes be combined in 1 Coke store order? Better half won last night, hoping I'll snag one, too. Thanks for the advice!!

I've seen the promotion for the two for 30.00 promotion but didn't want to have to pay for shipping. The more completely free it is, the happier I am. I didn't see anyway to stack the codes though. That would be a dream for me though if it was possible.

The promo gift code gives you free shipping, so if you have a $30 code, the 2 shirts would be free.

$25 GC doesn't work on the T-shirts. I'm not sure if the other codes for substitutions are different, since they have free shipping attached. I don't think you can use more than one code.
