Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

- ask Maids to save for those who travel

First, I have mostly been shopping the Coke Store sale section when using the gift certificates.
Second, went to see "Amsterdam" yesterday at the larger of the 2 AMC's here in Vegas. I took my newly printed AMC bundle from the Sprite promo. The cashier was the poster person for incompetence. Couldn't scan the bar code, then got a magnifying glass and tried to enter it maually. Didn't work, probably because he couldn't read it. Tried to keep my printout. Fortunately I always take extra tickets with me for just such occasions. Used a ticket/drink combo from 2018. Anyway, after the movie, used the new drink and popcorn with no problems, then handed the cashier the old paper with the drink which expired Sept. 2018, and that scanned fine. Took our popcorn and lemonade to go.
Finally, Saturday night (Sunday by Coke time) I was able to log in without getting the dreaded request for a phone number. Incognito on Chrome. Thought I was on to something, but no such luck. Back to normal yesterday. And today. Phooy.

If you have a smartphone, or device capable of displaying PDFs, consider printing tickets as PDFs, loading those onto your phone, and having that scanned. They have the advantage of being resizable (for scanning, and for manual entry if need be), and of being "writable" on. For example I draw a line through it to remind myself it's used, add a note about the occasion, and often even embed a pic of the ticket into the PDF as a keepsake of the event. I'd described in a prior post how to do this ... but my SD search-fu isn't good enough to find it now Smilie

Since Coke now requires a unique mobile phone number for each member of ¨five family accounts¨ (otherwise a member gets the ¨excess¨ block) that means every household member must have their own mobile phone in order for the family to enter five times a day (in a limit one-per-day game). Is that correct?

Nice, not bad, I have a $30 from the Coke Studio promotion, shipping would not kill that deal. Truthfully I haven't even taken a look at Coke Store yet, figured I'd wait let the promos end and see how many I get, I'm up to 4 now.

When I got the Studio GC there was a lot of neg talk about no more free shipping with codes which does kind of stink and their prices were said to be high but I'll get something with them, no point in wasting! Smilie

Congrats on the Sprite wins!(I got a few). Nothing on the Happy Hour yet. I did well week 1-3, concessions only week 4 but no complaints here. Smilie I'm hoping for another AMC HOLIDAY please!

Yes or link a google voice number to a cell = 2 numbers or landline can be used to link Google Voice then unlink those phones from the GV account. I use junky pre-paids lol for Coke + GV to play. There are 7 of us, 5 numbers so 2 get left out unless we unlink, but we have stopped that after Happy Hour, too many problems afterwards.

Thanks! I may give it "shot".nod When I first saw it I thought "Fill form - Daily" but since it is one entry I'll take a chance at it, I have a small sports collection. The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 will be played from 20 November to 18 December may enter in the middle of those dates. Peace

Has anyone been successful scanning cap codes (or even entering them manually) for Coca-Cola Give [coca-cola.com]? I have no doubt that the codes are entered correctly, but I get nothing but "We didn't get that. Please check the code entered and submit again."

Yes. I routinely enter a few dozen caps a week for red cross, parks, etc, by typing in codes, and they go through fine. Mostly I use codes collected 3-4 years ago, but I've used ones off recent bottles as well (no bottle logo on cap, but has a code inside) and those have gone in ok as well.

FYI - you don't have to link Google Voice to a number to use the service. Install the Voice app and you can receive both calls and texts without it being linked to an actual line as long as you have an Internet connection. I have a handful of Google accounts used for different purposes and two with Google Voice numbers not linked to a 'real' phone number which I use for our two household Coke logins. HTH!

I have a few $2 CVS GCs won/traded from back in late-2018 and late-2019, and today found that the cashstar page for them doesn't work: either going to the link to print out the GC shows a "page not found", or if that page shows, then entering the secret code and trying to move to the next page shows a "page not found". I wonder if all GCs from that period have now been canceled; I don't recall an expiration date for redemption, but may have missed it.

I'm hoping it's a simpler explanation: last week I'd tried going to the link and the message was "there us something wrong with our system, and we're working on it". Maybe this page not found thing is also a false negative that will right itself.

Note to self, though -- going forward if it's a printable GC, ticket, whatever, print right away :-)

I think about those ppl that post they have a drawer full of old Nike Apple Home Depot gcs from years ago Coke Rewards … and ppl post so many gcs come up zero balance … it keeps me awake some nights …. *Whispers* s p e n d t h e m

I don't think that's true anymore. You used to be able to. If you've had it for a long time, they probably haven't removed them. But you definitely seem to need a number now.
