Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

Make the browser window narrow, and contents will rearrange to display as if on a mobile browser. See attached pic -- at left is a big window which is how you'd usually see it on desktop; at right is the same window made narrow by dragging the right edge, and now contents show as if on mobile. That worked for both the May- and Sep- happyhour promos.

In the last Happy Hour contest you could use the browser zoom function to play on a desktop browser. Info can be found in my post here. No guarantee that it will work for this one, but I when 'zoom' the current page I see contest info not visible at 100%. HTH!

Ugh. I cannot fix this using my iPhone. Completely wiped out the cache, that did no good. Tried through chrome (instead of Safari), nope. Deleted and reinstalled the app, nope. Works fine on my iPad and PC. Phone is more convenient since I carry that around with me all day.

I hold out little hope of this mattering in your case -- but if your phone/browser is set to auto-fill your credentials and has done so, try erasing and re-typing the last character, or entering an incorrect email then submitting then correcting it, basically some sort of bespoke typing, plus adjusting the page a little, etc. Sometimes on desktop that sort of human-errors-and-movement is the difference between an sms-challenge and an unchallenged log-in.

You could also try doing all this while connected to a different network, in case the one from which you usually log in has been flagged.

Thanks and repped. Anybody try this yet? Anybody reach level 5 yet? I'm good enough to figure 80% chance to get through level 1. After that, I know the odds get worse fast. Need the Stats major to look this over.

Thanks for the suggestions but no go. My next door neighbor let me log into their network to try that route, but no go. It has to be something to do with the phone as logging in using my iPad is flawless.

What I noticed about the software they are using is that they do not like browsers that are too outdated or if you have a browser version that was released too fast it usually triggers that message. Wondering maybe it's not liking the phone software version being too old while the iPad has a newer version of iOS which is making it pass the checks. Is the phone you are using using an older version than the iPad? See if the phone has a software update to the latest iOS/Android and see if that helps. Their thing picks up a lot of weird things during the browser check and is very sensitive to things like very new browser versions. Just my guess but who the heck knows what is triggering it.
