bomgaars is the only vendor to ever sell this kit anywhere near this price. i bought this same exact kit from bomgaars back in july for the same price. total was about $216 with shipping to NYC, with no sales tax.

I use mine to split small pieces of wood into kindling. Works amazingly well. However I adapted to 3/8 and then to hex driver size and had to add a rare earth magnet so the bit wouldn't fall out. The advantage of using an impact driver instead of a drill was I don't feel any torque whatsoever when splitting and it uses a lot of torque. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081PJFQTL/

get a piece of s**t honda from a junk yard and "restore" it. honda crank bolts are notorious for being hard to take off.

not slickdeals' fault. a bunch of monkeys downvoted this deal as "spam" and "not a good deal" which prevented it from hitting the needed upvotes to shoot out notifications to people. 5ah xr batteries are $50 when on sale. it also comes with a 2 stage 4amp charger, which effectively makes the price of the tool $135ish. this was a steal. but a bunch of walking crash test dummies ruined it for a bunch of people
