Yes the company is legit. They have a full store and I have bought from them online a couple times already. All good.
They normally do this for these promo deals. The items are on their way to their factory and will ship out when they arrive. It's not fast, my last order took a week or so to ship. But if the deal is good and you don't need it asap, it's worth it in my opinion.
