this happened at nordstrom or another site with another dutch oven years ago, ironically they didnt fix it and theyre running into the same issue
was a hassle and nordstrom basically says go eat hay and that you have to return it or keep it, but they will never swap the 9qt no matter how much people complained to CS

The $300 -40% = $180 math on the OPs link means that nordstrom is 99.99999% likely to just ship the 3.5qt SKU.

The 3.5 qt Sauteuse is normally $300, on sale everywhere for ~$180. So Nordstrom is just matching everyone else's price.

I have the 7 quart one from costco when it was in stock but it shipped damage. Unfortunately, since it was limited stock only thing they could do was give s refund.
Still this is $100 less for two more quarts. A bit too big but killer deal.
