The Scratch & Swirl Remover also works to clean foggy headlights up as well. Just put some wax/sealant on them after using.

The first thing I recommend is replacing your rubber windshield wipers with silicone wipers. PIAA are my current favorite wipers.

Not only will these wipers last several times longer than rubber blades, but the silicone also makes a smear layer on the windshield that has a water shedding effect.

Got it, I'll specify YMMV on the shipping. I'm totally guessing Walmart may be selling these out, as the pricing is lower than any other retailer I've found.

Turtle Wax rubbing compound followed by polishing compound works even better for that purpose.

My understanding is that they now charge a pick up fee for orders less than $35. However, it's been hit or miss for me. Some orders less than $35 have a $5.99 charge and some don't. I'm not sure why it's inconsistent, but maybe I just got lucky on a few.
