When I asked why I cannot search my oeder online, As per chat agent:


Online orders will be recreated and a new order number will be sent. This happens sometime when ordering online and system error when uploading orders.

They cancelled mine. I chatted with a rep and they said it was due to a site error. I'd be surprised if anyone gets their order.
