If your coupon is not applying, you can chat with their rep and they can manually adjust the price of item and the value of the coupon. They will send you a secure link to enter payment info to complete the transaction… that's what happened to me yesterday. Hope this helps!

Sorry for not replying, but it's about the same price at those retailers and local shops, or more ($50-$65). I have the smaller one and it's been amazing for the last 3 months, which is why I'm giving this bigger one a try. For $5, it's insanely worth it. I wouldn't regret it at full price.

I saw heating pads starting 35$ on the website but I guess this one is heated and weighted, hence it is more $$. Does the weighted feature make any difference really given it is only a small area, not a whole blanket?

I had originally placed 2 separate orders that were cancelled so I got 2- $50 promo codes. I had to go to chat to use the first one on weighted heat blanket for 5 bux. I was still somehow able to use code again so I still had 2 codes basically. I then ordered 2 xl dog bed/couches for basically 12-14 dollars each. Total for all 3 items was 34 dollars. Not too bad all things considered for having a price mistake cancelled!
