If you really want the history and all the variations, get Anniversary. If you want the new updates, get HD Remix. If you don't have a strong preference on either score and just want to play old-school Street Fighter with friends or whatever, just get whatever's cheaper.
(I have Anniversary on PC and Ultra on Switch.)

Not to get in your way but I do want to know if you like or had seen the first episode of Futurama? I did and thought it was decent. The rest of the episodes were meh.
Ah gotcha. I'll never understand why it has had gotten popular for a very long time.

I understand. What about family guy, American Dad, and King of the Hill?
King of the Hill is GREAT.
American Dad sucks.
But the greatest of all time is Beavis and Butthead.
I switched to the old graphics for nostalgia, but quickly switched back to the widescreen, HD version - it looks cool. Only spent one night with it, but I noticed that I was able to race through the Arcade version very quickly on "normal" difficulty - I used one continue on the last character. That seems a bit too easy, given that it's been 30 odd years.
Also, I'm not sure where the "beat up the car" element is. Perhaps it's not a part of the game anymore...Anyway, I'd say it was worth $20, but I wouldn't have spent more.
Fun times.
