Not as applicable during this COVID time, but earlier... when I was on the go or running late for work, I didn't always have time to prepare a protein shake for after-workouts. Throwing a shelf-stable protein shake into my gym bag was really handy, even if it was obviously a more expensive (and typically less tasty & healthy) option.

We all make tradeoffs -- at least sometimes -- for convenience

Yeah I hope that's mislabeled.

Also heads up if you are purchasing mocha latte flavor they recently changed the flavor and packing and lots of complaints about the way it tastes. I haven't tried the new formula but I hope it is not as bad as the reviews

Not a huge fan of artificial sugar. I'd rather it just have under 6g of real sugar than turning to the artificial route.

I just use a small personal blender. Almond milk, chocolate flavored protein powder and a half banana do the trick for me.
