Does anyone know if this will work if we buy Plus membership in store plus ink to go over $100? If available, a 40-50% back on ink purchases would make this a good deal.

Cant buy plus membership in store and 40% back on ink purchases ends this weekend i believe

If stapleconnect is same as staples.com order? (i.e. staples.com order will be have this bonous from 1/16? )

bcos I used my staples.com account cannot login staplesconnect. Looks like they are different

I don't see mention of the $30 back on $100 in the ad linked from this page? Am I missing something? Can you combine it with $30 back on old printer trade in?

By default, it shows the ad for the current week. Scroll down all the way, you will see 1/16 ad listed under "Browse other ads", click it will open the ad for next week.

Oh, silly me. I did not look at which week I was looking at. Thanks. I did call the store, and the manager said you cannot use both promotions…….either $30 off of $100 OR the trade in for $30, but not both.

It will not work, as rewards count as a coupon and not actual spend. The actual spend is the amount you are paying either by cash, credit card, or staples gift card which must be over $100.

Gift cards do not earn rewards at Staples so it probably will not work.

Staples stores have gotten pretty bad over the past few years.. very little selection now. I'm not surprised they have to resort to these types of promotions to get people in the stores.

OP, please make some edits.

Title: add "In the store" right after the word "$100", because that is where you will need to spend the $100. Someone is already thinking you might mean at the website. You may need to clock Edit>Go Advanced to do this.
Body Explain (as you have in the follow-up comments) that you need to scroll down to find the correct ad until the new ad begins.
