One store 25 miles away says $150 and limited supply. Another 20 miles away shows the $37.25 price but doesn't say what type of supply there is. Looks like a great deal but I don't have the Craftsman batteries, just DeWalt. Repped.

$15 for an adapter on ebay to use DeWalt batteries with Craftsman tools
I was in the same situation as you, stacked 2 adapters, ridgid to dewalt, dewalt to craftsman. $50 into adapters from amazon, and $37 for the tool on clearance. basically $90 with tax all in to be able to use the multiple ridgid batteries I already have.
its a hell of a deal, considering this is literally a rebadged dewalt work light thats sold for $180 and the only one in the market that folds.

I saw about 12 of these in store when I was about an hour away from my house and, being in a hurry I passed not realizing what it was. They all sold out according to BS so quickly I was pretty upset i missed it.
A nearby store showed out of stock and then popped back up as limited. I figured they found 1 or 2. Sure enough, they must have pulled them down and had them next to the trailer hitches and truck tool boxes. They really light up the engine bay. I love how it rotates 360 along the long 'axle' and breaks in the middle For all Sorts of positions.

Is there an adapter so I can use AA batteries? 🤣

OP: Add tool only, no batteries included to your post.
I'm out!
Plus I'm not in this battery line and don't want to buy another adaptor.
