From my experience, especially with a gradual tanner like this, I've found that going darker than you think ends up looking best. The light tanners tend to be REALLY light and end up looking like I've done nothing at all. With a dark tanner, esp. for gradual tanners, just use less/don't use it as often to get the shade you want.

I've been reading the reviews --- about the 5th review down is from someone who has "super pale skin" and likes this self-tanner.

(Also, I'm not sure if this comes in a "fair" formula? So far I see only "medium" and "deep.")

I just bought the jergens natural glow (same type of product). I've used it a few days and it's kind of cool. It's a very gradual process, it seems. Which I like, because I'm a guy, plus I've never used anything like this before.

Full of glitter, great if you're going to work as a dancer in a gentleman's club.

Well, not really glitter. It gives a little shimmer. It's very slight. I kind of like it. It makes me feel like I am in "Avatar." 😁✨
