Was worried about the curve, worried about the VA panel but upon getting this, WOW! Best monitor I have ever had, amazing darks, super colors and the curve is awesome! After a few days you do not even know it is curved
Will never go back to a flat panel!

Best Buy is much easier to speak to, they have a very good Chat Window, and also they'll even price match websites if the site is credible, has it in stock, and you can confirm its the same model number. You just need to speak with a Best Buy rep via chat window/over the phone when you want to purchase the item and they'll take care of it
Got it black Friday a little over a year ago and use it for Xbox and work. Love it. Not great for watching hdr content (movies etc) but great for gaming.

EDIT: for those wondering, aside from the USB hub, the 3220 includes HDR while the 3222 does not, and it also has slightly better viewing angles. The 3222 has better response time, higher average brightness and better black uniformity (although this can differ from unit to unit). My understanding is that the HDR implementation on the 3220 (and many similar models) isn't very good, and probably shouldn't be your deciding factor. Details on the differences here [rtings.com]
Thank you kindly in advance for any help.

I just wanted to purchase from Best Buy because I had about 1/3 of the cost covered with rewards certs that were burning a hole in my pocket.
It may also be easier for someone to buy from Best Buy if their local one has it in stock, and even better if it's on display to look at before purchase. I'm at least 45 minutes from a Best Buy, but I did see that the couple I frequent most did have it in stock…so, might be worth a look.
Why do you believe this? VA as a panel type has the best contrast range, and solid color reproduction for individual use compared with IPS (collaboration) and TN (only good for extreme refresh).

Dead serious.. everyone was nice as hell to me and went out of their way to help me with try to get things solved.
I returned a G15 that was not working right and had thermals extremely high. It was escalated up to a manager in Texas. The guy was very patient and wanting to get things sorted out so I was happy. He would even ask how my family was doing and how my day was. Like great customer service.. to the extent it was the best experience I had overall from any company. Really nice guy!
Then my new Alienware isn't working with any of my photo editing programs. The guy spends 2.5 hours on the phone with me as we trouble shoot.. talking to me like a normal dude the whole time he's sitting in Costa Rica WFH trying to help. It ends up being Alienware Command Center has a bug that conflicts with photo images. He's already checked back twice since Monday to see how the tech teams suggestions are working. Also just a really nice guy . he's 59 lives alone and really misses his son he never hears from back in California.
I usually don't write posts this long on here ever, but wanted to give some context to my reply. Sometimes you get another nice human being to talk to that wants to help you out.
Have a good day!
