So will they color match at the discounted price ? Or if trying to color match or tin they will use standard pricing ?

They will colormatch, but i don't think they are allowed to dump out the headroom to make the other bases. So you would only be able to mix very light colors with this.

There was quite a bit of both 1 gallon and 5 gallons in flat, satin and semi gloss available at the store I stopped at today.

I grabbed 2 gallons. Probably should of just grabbed a 5 for the same price but don't think I would use it before it goes bad.

Online doesn't seem to show the 5 on sale at least for me. But I've used paint years old that still seemed fine. Probably depends how well it stays sealed and stored.

Yes. Normally I'd say to prime first even though it is paint/primer so you don't waste your paint, but this is cheaper than any primer.

Thanks for the tip. I was thinking the same. Going to sell house soon and fenced in the whole property. This is the deal I need.

Typically an exterior can be use for interior but not the other way around

You can but you probably shouldn't. Exterior paints contain more additives that can be dangerous. They also have more VOCs

An exterior paint like this would have elevated biocides in it built specifically to fight algae, mildew, and mold. Those chemicals could in theory leech out which aren't great from a health perspective.
VOC wise it is perfectly fine and still considered low from a national regulatory perspective, even for interior paint.

I would still not recommend using this inside all things being said.
