The eclipse ones suck. The wick is awful and won't stay lit on any of the 3 I bought a few weeks ago.

I did not purchase the hourglass so I don't know about those but I got a Slickdeal on the ellipse ones a couple years back and thought they burned really quick. The crackling sound of the wick is cool, but not a great candle overall. I have found the best deal for candles is to find a small business selling soy ones, either locally or online and buy enough at a time to get free shipping or a discount.

As a guy living alone (the love of my life passed away suddenly and unexpectedly), I am looking for a candle with the crackling wood wick, but with a more masculine scent. I loved the Eucalyptus additive you could put in the old Rainbow vacuum water. I also like cedar, pine, evergreen and stuff like that. Recommendations on scents? Thank you.

Got a few at the last sale. The ellipse shaped ones are odd and looks like a giant glass football chilling on your table. The football wick is a long strip, not single wicks, and literally burns the entire thing down fairly quickly. The regular cylinder or hourglass ones are much much better.

I can't remember the exact names but i think the gray colored ones tend to smell more along the lines of mens cologne, so may be more what you're looking for

Candle aficionados: please forgive this question. I have been looking for this MASSIVE 3-wik candles for at least a decade. It's at least a foot wide and 6" tall. No container. It just sits there, you don't even have to light it, and it smells lovely. Does anyone know what they are, or a place I can look to search further? Any info is appreciated!!!
