Not really unless you prefer the taste. You can actually get the individual packs down to 76 cents each if you subscribe and save, which saves you close to $2 over that pack of 20. Another benefit is you don't have to buy as many, but if you buy just as many you can save more.

Try putting in only about half the flavor/spices and add some whole milk or cream to give a more milky broth while bringing down the spice. Egg and veggies will help "dilute" the spice as well. I usually only use 50-60% of any given Nongshim flavor/spice packets and there's plenty to taste.

I suggested milk with these one time on SD and it was a very divisive suggestion
